Leadership

Throughout my work experiences, I have learned how to be a leader in a group. Creating goals, assigning tasks, and creating systems which streamline inventory processes have been important factors throughout my employment.

Teamwork

In my work experiences, I have learnt the importance of teamwork and being a team player. Supporting coworkers and clients requires a coaching mindset where you work together with a team in order to complete tasks or implement programming.

Adjusting to Adversity

In my professional career, I have become accustomed to having to adjust to adverse events or make on the spot adaptations to support an individual. Working during the Covid-19 pandemic and working with diverse populations has taught me how to be adaptable and manage risk factors.
